Return Policy

All of Teddy Bear In A Box’s stuffed animals are 100% guaranteed. We believe that our stuffed animals make the greatest friends to cuddle with at night, but if you are not totally satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, please send it back to us for a refund or replacement animal. The returned items must be in COMPLETELY untouched condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred including returning the order to the Company by a traceable means. Please e-mail us at ted@teddybearinabox.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return address. You must receive an RA number before returning the product.



Ground orders will be sent via trackable means typically within one to two business days. Please see our Ground Shipping chart to view transit times.

Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Select shipments are based on business days, and must be placed by 12 PM. For example, if you place an order before 12 PM on Thursday, and choose Next Day shipping, it will arrive on Friday. However, if the order is placed on Friday after 12 PM, it will arrive on Monday. Saturday delivery is not offered on the website, however it is available in some locations. Please email ted@teddybearinabox.com for information.

Next Day Air Orders received before 12 pm noon shipped on Friday will arrive the next BUSINESS DAY, which is the following MONDAY!

We only ship within the U.S. Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Canada.
