From the Shopping Cart, select one of these options:

  • Place Secure Order – If you have made your selection, this will bring you to the Order Form, where you can complete your order information.
  • Keep Shopping – If you would like to select other items, including accessories.
  • Empty Cart – If you would like to remove this item from the Cart.

You may view the Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the “Check Out” button, located at the top of every teddy bear page. Remember that you must choose a bear by clicking on the “Add to Order” button before your Cart is filled.

Can I pay with a check or money order?2018-07-31T14:08:25-04:00

Yes, but you need to email us at ted@teddybearinabox.com. You’ll need to send the check to us first and once it clears, we will ship you your teddy bear in a box kit.

We understand your concerns about Internet security. We make every effort to protect your personal information by employing a secure server which supports industry-standard encryption technology. Please review our Security page for details on how you can see this technology in action.

The message that sometimes appears in a pop-up box is a standard warning message generated by the browser you are using. On our site, it usually occurs when you are moving “backwards” from an area where we employ encryption technology, to an area where we do not employ this technology, simply because we do not take customer information in that area. Often you will see this message when you hit the “Keep Shopping” button on the Check out page, because you are moving from the secure Order Form back to a product page.

The message is meant to PROTECT consumers about which Web sites have pages that are OK to deposit information on and which do not. The fact that it appears on our site is an affirmation that our Order Form pages are considered by your browser to be secure.

All Internet orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed within 48 hours. Weekend orders, and orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Friday will be processed on Monday. Should an item be unfortunately out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
